Alicia A. Gaudio

Alicia Gaudio’s legal career has been entirely dedicated to the practice of matrimonial and family law. She has been practicing in this area for more than twenty (20) years. She has handled high income and net worth cases from inception to conclusion. She appears in Supreme Court and Family Court in Manhattan, Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Dutchess and Orange Counties.

Ms. Gaudio’s prior work history includes a partnership at Novenstern & Gaudio, LLP, and formerly Novenstern Fabriani & Gaudio, LLP. She also practiced in the Westchester law firm of Collier, Halpern, Newberg, Nolletti and Bock (presently the Nolletti Law Group.)

Before working in private practice, Ms. Gaudio was a Manager at KPMG, LLP, where she worked for five (5) years in State and local tax. This experience has enabled her to be intimately familiar with reviewing and analyzing both business and personal income tax returns which is essential in most divorce cases.

Ms. Gaudio is a graduate of the Quinnipiac University School of Law (J.D. 1997) and was admitted to practice law in the States of Connecticut (1997) and New York in 2000.

Ms. Gaudio serves on the Executive Committee of the Family Law Section of the WCBA, is past President of the NWBA and has written articles and lectured for the WWBA, NYS Bar Association and various Bar Associations. Ms. Gaudio is also a board member of the Mount Kisco Board of Ethics.
